THE FOLLOWING ARE NECESSARY TO OBTAIN THE ADMISSION FORM:

1)   Age Criteria : 4 years to 14 years

 2)   Original Birth Certificate

 3)   Original Disability Certificate

 

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE  COMPULSORY FOR ADMISSION:

1)   Birth Certificate

 2)   UDID / Disability Certificate from the Govt Hospital namely

       Thane Civil Hosp / J.J. Hosp / NIMH, Navi Mumbai / Sion Hosp.    

3)   Private Psychological Testing Report. (IQ Report)

4)   Railway Concession Certificate for above 10 years

 5)   Baptism Certificate (Catholics Only)

 6)   Aadhar Card

7)   School Leaving Certificate (In case of change of school)

 

ADMISSION PROCESS:

• Enrollment of child’s name
• Individual / Group Observation
• Assessment by Therapists
• Counselling for parents
